Please note we do not accept the return of used products. Prior to delivery, you may cancel or exchange your order at no cost. If after the delivery you wish to cancel or return the casket, there will be a $299.99 restocking fee for unused caskets only. The difference will be credited to the customer. In the event a casket arrives damaged, we will issue an exchange or refund for 100% of the purchase price. 

We require the purchaser or their representative to be on hand to sign for the casket at the time of delivery. We require the purchaser or their representative to inspect the casket at the time of delivery. We encourage the purchaser or their representative NOT TO SIGN for the delivery if there are any issues with the casket and to contact us, so we can resolve them, either by exchanging the casket or issuing a full refund.
Once the delivery is completed and the purchaser or their representative has signed for the casket and our delivery agent has left the facility, any returns or exchanges will be subject to the restocking fee and delivery charges.
